How I work with clients
I work from a predominantly cognitive-behavioural approach, helping individuals, couples, and other intimate relationship constellations navigate preparation and integration of psychedelic and non-ordinary state of consciousness experiences, trauma, life stressors, relationship stressors and enhancement, growth, and exploration. I also facilitate mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, since I believe strongly in the value of staying with experiences, and paying attention to the moment with non-judgement and curiosity. I strive to be genuine, honest, and warm as a therapist. My practice is honouring and inclusive of all sexual and gender identities and expressions.
