My work is trauma focused, body oriented, relational, and attachment focused. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and curious space for healing. My wish is that we will arrive to an experience of yourself that is whole, grounded, and connected. I welcome clients seeking greater self knowledge and am inclusive of all gender expressions, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and abilities.
