obstacle, get their gifts out to the world and reach more people in an
impactful way.
I guide clients in a step-by-step growth process using a balanced, co-creative approach combining practical business coaching/consulting and heart-centered strategies together with spiritually-based mindset training and leadership work.
After a successful but unfulfilling corporate career, I helped launch and grow early stage startups before diving into entrepreneurship and launching three of my own businesses. “Practicing what I preach”, I accomplished one my life-long dreams: creating a high-quality running apparel brand sustainably manufactured in New York City.
I was a co-organizer of “No Goddess Left Behind”, an annual transformational weekend for over 200 women; a partner at Lightbox, an immersive art events space in NYC; co-creator of "Urban Ceremony", a music-mind-body-spirit weekend together with musician East Forest; and I’m very involved in various spiritual communities, spiritually-based women’s circles and women’s networking groups.
