I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting people in preparation for and integrating expanded states of consciousness. I was trained in the Hakomi Method, a holistic mindfulness-based somatic therapy method. I provide a safe, warm and attuned presence for landing and integration, during which clients can process and make sense of the material that arose in their experiences.  We also explore how the lessons and insights they learned can take form in tangible and material ways in their daily lives.  Some of the tools I use are eco-therapy, expressive arts, movement and mindfully tuning into the bodies' inner wisdom.
