I offer counselling that supports people to re-access the strength in their hearts so that they may live a fulfilled life in tune with their purpose. I hold a safe and compassionate space that welcomes your unique perspective and stories so that you may integrate your past and move forward into the life that you desire. I use a blended therapy approach that is unique to each individual, but may include aspects from anti-oppressive, mindfulness-based, metaphysical, humanistic and heart based perspectives. One of the services that I provide is psychedelic preparation, where I assist people to plan and prepare for an altered state journey, and then integration, where I assist them to integrate their experience and insights into plans for long-lasting change and fulfillment. Although each client’s goals are unique and specific to them, the overarching goal of my work is to empower people to transform their pain into strength and resiliency.
