I work with individuals from a somatic and mindfulness based understanding. I integrate a variety of interventions in this work, from CBT to somatic awareness. Working with the present moment, promoting awareness and understanding ourselves and others is critical to this work, especially when we have challenging experiences. I ultimately seek to create a space that allows for safety, openness and acceptance with a focus on the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in working with trauma, and have worked in a variety of mental health settings that have helped foster a holistic understanding that seeks to meet you where you are. Outside of my clinical training I have also obtained advanced certification and receive on-going training in being able to provide the best possible clinical care for this rewarding and important work.
