My name is Karina Colliat. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and am also trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, Ecotherapy and Hakomi/Somatic Therapy. I believe that when we engage in substances that engage multiple parts of our mind and body it is important to be able to integrate that experience with modalities including and beyond talk therapy. I find that the visual language of the arts is essential for expressing states and feelings that often don't have words. This process can help to ground and make sense of out of the norm experiences. Nature based and somatic work is also grounding for integrating psychedelic experiences. I offer a safe and grounded space to explore all of the material that comes up and integrate it so it can provide change and healing in your life.
