I am a Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach in Functional Medicine as well as Bionergy Healing Therapist.

Over the years i have been working with plant medicine with the intention of getting to know my self better so i can be a better person, mother, sister, daughter, partner and friend.  This transformation experience led me to pursuing a path of helping others seeking to prepare for the plant medicine ceremonies as well as those looking to integrate lessons offered by the plants.
As my teacher says: ""The medicine time is the laboratory, life is the ceremony.”  
How do we incorporate the insights into our lives? how do we stay consistent and committed to become better versions of our selves when we come back to our often hectic lives. How do we make time for our selves so we can continue to evolve?  this are the areas i would like to help people with! 
In this process of transformation i also incorporate the Functional Medicine paradigm which addresses a person as a whole, rather than a collection of organ systems.  I am a strong believer that when we combine psychedelic integration with the essentials such as movement/exercise, food as medicine, stress transformation, mindfulness, social connections and sleep hygiene, we are able to bring balance to every aspect of our lives. 
I offer a safe container and provide gentle accountability as we explore what little steps you can take today to bring you closer to the life you want for your self.
