About Statement:

I’m glad you are here. Honor the part of you that brought you here, is looking out for you, and seeking support in your journey.

We all have our traumas, some more than others. Learning to befriend, feel through, accept, and let go of the hold our traumas can have on us is one of the ways we heal. Psychedelics support this healing process by helping to make these sometimes hidden parts of ourselves accessible, giving us the opportunity to make space for and integrate all our parts. All of you is welcome here.

Many of our traumas and triggers are developmental and epigenetic (ancestral) in origin. This can create deep wounds. My primary focus is to help people explore these deep wounds — often more clearly understood through the experience of a psychedelic journey — to support growth and healing. I bring a thoughtful, clear-headed sensibility to the process of integrating psychedelic experiences that is both practical and ceremonial, inclusive of the mysteries inherent in the realms where our innate healing sense can be accessed.

I am a Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner. Compassionate Inquiry is Dr. Gabor Maté’s elegant method of helping others work with their traumas. I am also an Individual and Group Psychedelic Integration Facilitator. My training also includes a mastery certification as a Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Therapist through the Psychedelic Somatic Institute, and I also support people as a certified provider of Dr. Stephen Porges' Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), which is an auditory based intervention that Dr. Porges calls a "neural exercise that sends cues of safety to one’s nervous system.” SSP is based on Polyvagal Theory.

I am experientially informed through my own big “T” trauma healing journey which includes: Psychedelics in and out of a Ceremonial context, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Rosen Method Bodywork, Family Constellations, Medicine Dance (a form of ecstatic dance), the wisdom of Alan Watts, and Eastern thought.

As an active member of the Psychedelic Community, I also appreciate the many reasons people want to experience psychedelics, from curiosity to consciousness exploration to healing. As Managing Director of Los Angeles based PsychedeLiA Integration and co-producer of the 2018 Los Angeles Psychedelic Science Symposium at UCLA in Los Angeles, I’ve seen how psychedelic integration supports all those experiences.

Essentially, from the big picture transpersonal realms of non-duality to the details of our day-to-day experience, I bring a down-to-earth sensibility of eclectic wisdom to this work. I appreciate and understand longing for relief, as well as the dedication and perseverance needed to explore not only the mystical experience, but also to process our traumas and triggers. I honor your motivation to walk this path. I am here, walking with you.

"Reality is only a Rorchasch ink-blot, you know." —Alan Watts
