Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Reed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with Masters of Social Work and a BA in Philosophy and Religious Studies from UA Little Rock. He incorporates techniques and processes from the Existential and Mindfulness Therapy traditions to provide Psychedelic Integration Coaching to Persons preparing for (or processing previous) Psychedelic Experiences. Reed provides Online Integration Coaching and in-person Psychotherapy in Central Arkansas. His psychotherapy practice is based on principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a values-based, mindful approach to creating a rich and meaningful life.
In 2015, Reed worked with the Flux Family Festival series in his home state of Arkansas to establish "The Void" a space where attendees could relax in the company of psychedelic sitters ("Camp Counselors") trained in Principles of Harm Reduction. Reed has since provided Harm Reduction training to dozens of volunteer attendees at various music events throughout the region, and is considered a valued-expert in Psychedelic Affirming-Care for Mental Health Professionals in his community.
Reed is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) has been incorporating yoga, music, and meditation techniques into his work as a healer since 2015.
In his spare time, Reed loves hiking and camping with his family, playing music and dancing with his friends.
